Returns or exchanges are only permitted within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
The customer is responsible for inspecting the product’s conformity and ensuring the shipment’s integrity immediately upon receipt and before opening the original packaging or the security seal.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition as received; unused, in its original factory packaging, and with all security seals or tamper-evident tapes intact and untampered with.
2. Shipping Fees:
Store Error: If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect or is different from the ordered item, the store will bear all shipping costs.
Customer Preference (Change of Mind): If the customer requests an exchange or return without a manufacturing defect, the customer shall bear the shipping fees estimated at 100 (covering both delivery and return costs). This amount will be deducted from the refunded total.
3. Refund Process:
All returned products are subject to a technical inspection by our team within a maximum of 5 business days of arrival to ensure compliance with the return conditions.
Upon approval of the return request, the refund will be processed and issued to the customer within a maximum of 15 business days.
Refunds will be credited back via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
