1. General Terms and Conditions:

  • Returns or exchanges are only permitted within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
  • The customer is responsible for inspecting the product’s conformity and ensuring the shipment’s integrity immediately upon receipt and before opening the original packaging or the security seal.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition as received; unused, in its original factory packaging, and with all security seals or tamper-evident tapes intact and untampered with.

2. Shipping Fees:

  • Store Error: If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect or is different from the ordered item, the store will bear all shipping costs.
  • Customer Preference (Change of Mind): If the customer requests an exchange or return without a manufacturing defect, the customer shall bear the shipping fees estimated at 100 (covering both delivery and return costs). This amount will be deducted from the refunded total.

3. Refund Process:

  • All returned products are subject to a technical inspection by our team within a maximum of 5 business days of arrival to ensure compliance with the return conditions.
  • Upon approval of the return request, the refund will be processed and issued to the customer within a maximum of 15 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
